Conception of strategic development

Conception of development of bank that base business-ideology is basis for the subsequent strategic planning. Conception of development is determination of accents, general formulation of key aims and priorities of activity. To its composition enter also mission of bank, position at the financial markets, principles of client and credit policy, management principles, image of bank. A bank, which position is stable and has positive dynamics, must have irreproachable business reputation, stable rates of development, certain part of financial market (better, if she will grow subject to the condition financial firmness and liquidity of bank); must obtain solid clients' base, minimum charges and optimum level of risk. To all companies the necessary "corporate culture" is built on general approaches to work of company and on the unique seeing of its place in a world. Seeing of the future, which is used by a company for acceptance of decisions about direction of the strategy taking into account the future of economy, societies, countries and others like that, belongs to such approaches; future of industry; future activity of company. The strategic seeing of activity is developed, among other, with the purpose of determination of possible considerable changes in essence of conduct of bank business, in particular: competition from the side of the new banks; changes in the normative documents of financial to the sector; new products or new markets which are opened as a result of changes in an economy or society (for example, demand on pension products, conditioned by the senescence of population or changes in the legislation); changes in an economy, including the rates of the GDP and its, changes in of particular a branch its structure, or changes in the middle levels of profits. And already then, on this basis new sources of profit are determined; potential new directions of activity of bank; there is bringing of radical changes in work of unprofitable directions of business (for example, by closing or restructuring).
